Puiji Saimmaijuq was also a single parent with children but she also worked at a daycare where she illustrated her unbelievable patiences, practices and proactive ways of dealing with children with or without learning disabilities. Children felt safe and heard when they were around her and this grant is a gift to her to continue providing for children of single parents who need our help. She is deeply missed!
